Do You Take Insurance?
At this time, we accept select insurance plans. However, please note that using insurance may limit the number of sessions and length of care. Additionally, we are required to submit a diagnosis code to your insurance provider. If we do not accept your insurance, we can provide you with a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network benefits.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If you miss more than one appointment without notice, you will be charged the full session fee.
What Is Required Before Your First Appointment?
Before your first appointment, please ensure that all electronic documents are completed, and payment information is provided. If you plan to use insurance benefits, verification is also required. All this must be submitted at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your appointment.
